OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU While items have been prepared, cooked & packaged separately for any dietary requirements – my kitchen does use allergen ingredients in other items. Nuts, dairy, gluten & soy are present in my kitchen - therefore I cannot guarantee coeliac friendliness in my bikkies or cater for anyone with nut allergies. Better to be safe than sorry!
REFUND POLICY While we don't refund for a change of mind we are happy to discuss changing your dispatch day or if not already booked a delivery address - we understand sometimes life changes and we will do our utmost to work out a solution that works for us all.
SHIPPING POLICY Courier: Orders are dispatched Tuesday to Thursday - Order before 9am Monday to Wednesday, and your order will be dispatched the next day. - Order after 9am Wednesday to Sunday, and your order will be dispatched on the following Tuesday. - We Don't dispatch on a Friday as we want your baking to get to you in the freshest condition. - Special requests may take more time, dispatch times/day can be discussed, we always do out best to accommodate. - NZ Post Couriers will deliver as fast as they can. We have no control over your delivery once we have dispatched it to them. - Please note for rural delivery allow an extra 2-3 days - Please ensure you choose the correct courier cost for your delivery address to ensure the fastest dispatch.
